Finally it happened. Two customers of Apple iPhone and iPad have filed a Federal lawsuit against Apple for tracking them without their consent. The customers claim that Apple is invading the privacy of users and need legal action.

Vikram Ajjampur (Florida), an iPhone user and William Devito (New York), an iPad owner are dragging Apple to court the way iOS keeps track on location data. Lawyers are always interested in these kind of cases because they get quick publicity.
As we reported yesterday that Steve Jobs, CEO Apple, has allegedly denied that Apple is not tracking anyone.
