PTCL Customer Support Rep Held My Horses for 58 Minutes

The level of Customer Services of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) is not hidden from anyone, though they are trying to enhance it but they still has a long journey towards a level which is called “Best Customer Services”.

PTCLToday, I had some issues with my PTCL Broadband. The connection was breaking again and again. I called customer services at 1218 and it was picked within 10 minutes and I informed him about the problems I am facing. He said me to hold on while he forwards my call to the concerned department and he also intimated me that you might have to hold for a little long, so, please don’t hang up. I said, ok no problem. I switched on the loudspeaker of my phone set and started my work.

I enjoyed the music for almost 20 minutes but then it started irratiting me as there was no sign of the Representative from the concerned department. I had to disconnect the call (I have some other comittments as well. I can’t wait for them whole day). I understand that PTCL is trying its best for providing better Customer Services and they somehow acheived the target. I can imagine the situation some years back. So, overall, I don’t have any complaint but yes, a little request to please hire some more Customer Service Representatives so, the load on existing executives and the irritation on customer’s part can be reduced.
