The declining share of Internet Explorer in Pakistani market has brought some worries to Microsoft Pakistan. The market share dropped down rapidly from 75.05% in July 2008 to 52.79% in March 2010.
To tackle this situation, Microsoft recently launched a campaign for promoting Internet Explorer 8 and interestingly this campaign is significantly advertised on both Google Adsense and its own Ad network.
It seems like it’s a cross network promotional campaign one may disagree with this, but what is there for Mozilla and Bing users?
It is worth stating here that in the past Microsoft has used Adsense for the promotion of their products including their search engine Bing as well.
