Lady Gaga Breaks Justin Bieber YouTube Record

Recent reports say that Lady Gaga, the ‘Bad Romance’ star has overall racked up more than one billion views of her material on the largest video sharing website YouTube. It is certainly a new record for YouTube.

Lady Gaga is the most popular living person on Facebook and Twitter

Her total currently viewing stands at 1,002,734,757 this point, according to an Internet Research Company ‘www.famecount.com’. These figures are however doesn’t represent views of a single video.

The record with most current viewings of a single video is held by a teen pop sensation Justin Bieber for his hit single Baby featuring Ludacris with total viewings of 367,025,875. He is the on the second place behind the Lady Gaga in terms of overall viewings. His overall viewings on YouTube are 967 million.

Lady Gaga, tweeting to her seven million followers on Twitter she said: “we reached one billion views on YouTube little monsters! If we stick together we can do anything. I dub you kings and queens of YouTube!”

Lady Gaga didn’t set a new record online for the first time. In August this year, she became the most followed person on Twitter overtook the Brittany Spears.

Her success meter doesn’t stop here; recently she became the first living star who broke the 20 million Facebook fans barrier.
