YouTube Hits a Billion Subscriptions, ‘Celebration Widget’ Launched!

This week certainly belongs to YouTube as the cycle of its achieving is milestones still continue. This cycle started with 1 billion hits of the Lady Gaga’s videos. Then later, YouTube reported that its Promoted Video Program hit half a billion views. And now YouTube is reporting very excitingly that it has seen 1 billion subscriptions. What a week for YouTube, seven days with lot of billions, really impressive.

The channel that collected the billionth hit was MachinimaSports with a ton of its channels such as universal music group; Fred; and Failblog that have crossed the 1 million subscriber mark, according to the YouTube Blog.
