Mac App Store Launched with More than 1,000 Apps

Apple has finally launched its long-awaited Mac App Store with more than 1,000 free and paid apps available to users.

The Mac App Store is, in short, the desktop version of the same facility that iOS users have had access to for a number of years. The Mac App Store is a categorized list of applications that can be found easily, bought, downloaded and installed.

Using the Mac App Store is easy. Simply click on App, enter your iTunes password and you will have access to buying, downloading and installing apps.

Users can browse through new and popular apps, staff picks and top charts in order to find the highest rated applications. Categories in the Mac App Store include Education, games, graphics and design, lifestyle, productivity, utilities and others.
