Good news for kids, Apple’s iPad 2 is now available for purchase at Toys R Us. You can find a list of locations from where you can buy this device. Another list shows the availability of the product in individual stores (list became available Sunday on Toys R Us website.
This clearly shows that Apple wants to expand its iPad market beyond the constraints of its retail stores. Besides Toys R Us, iPad 2 is also available in many other big retail chains including Best Buy , Target, Walmart, and Radio Shack.
This makes perfect sense because I see many kids longing for iPad and “trying” to borrow it. On the contrary, it is a very annoying for parents who can’t afford one for themselves and now their kids are begging for it.
