Twitter Gets the New Homepage Design

Twitter has launched the new homepage for its official website. The design was implemented a while ago but later on removed because of the various issues people were facing. But it seems that they have fixed the bugs and its good to go now.

Twitter co-founder Evan Williams tweeted:

Very happy the team got the new Twitter homepage out the door. Definitely was time for a refresh.

The screenshot of the new homepage can be seen below. If you use twitter and are logged in, you need to log out to see the new homepage. Homepage is mainly used as a landing page for new visitors.

The new design is pretty simple yet professional and visually appealing. The caption line is “Feel your interest”, then there are login, Sign Up, and the search forms. At the bottom there are randomly generated profile pictures of famous twitter users. Remaining things are pretty much the same.
