Samsung Galaxy S II Outsells iPhone 4 in Korean Market

As we know that Samsung’s Galaxy S Android phone is a big hit and success and it was obvious that we will soon have a successor of Galaxy S. As expected, Samsung has announced the Galaxy S II and surprisingly the pre-orders of the same have outsold iPhone 4 at least in the Korean market.

The astonishing figures have been provided by the Electronista according to which between the Monday of the last week and the release of the phone on Friday, Samsung’s Galaxy S II has crossed more than 200,000 pre-orders.

These figures are certainly more than those managed by iPhone 4. Perhaps, the reason behind getting this huge numbers is the availability of Samsung’s handset with multiple carriers all across the Korea whereas the Apple availability was restricted to only one carrier supported by one another later.

These numbers at present belongs to Korea and we cannot base our future speculation on these. We have to wait and collect data so as to compare them and base of speculations on that. So, stay tuned as more to come in coming days.
