Low Facebook Customer Satisfaction May Boost Google+

Facebook customers are finding great value in Google+ services which are streamlined to accommodate customer centricity. The platform of Facebook is spammy and cyber bullying is on its peak too. Google+ services are in turn professional and there’s hardly any fake or spam on the network. The customer satisfaction of a typical socialite is sinking by the day on Facebook and alternatively getting boosted on Google+. The users who are value driven should seek ways to leverage from Google’s services than that of Facebook. Plethora of social services is becoming popular amongst the end users but the core value is truly missing in most of these targeted solutions.

The native platform of Facebook is full of product ads and apps requesting a user to purchase credits. To some extent the cluttered platform resembles the one of a Poker or Casino site. The social theme is missing in present day’s Facebook platform and as a result user satisfaction is dipping down by the day. It can be accounted by the fact that Google+ (which was released in July 2011) already has 20 million active users across the globe. The number is expected to touch 50 million in the upcoming months. The service will fetch ample revenue for Google apart from offering supreme class services too.

Therefore, if you too are finding low value in Facebook then you should switch to Google+ services in order to gain on the go.
