Motorola Xoom Successor To Flaunt Android Ice Cream Sandwich OS

After Google announcing its launch of new Nexus S on Android 4.0 it’s the show time for Motorola too. The new Motorola Xoom successor will be launched on Ice Cream Sandwich too. The device will sport a robust 1.2 GHz Snapdragon processor and robust camera features will also be enabled on the device. The dual camera dimensions will have a 5 MP auto focus rear and a 3 MP frontal camera display. It is anticipated that the new device will also provide 4G support to the end users apart from standard networking configurations on the go. The valued product form Motorola will hit the international markets before the end of fiscal – 2011.

The Android phone market is all set to scoot up with best in class possibilities and one should be methodical while trying to leverage from one. The Android platform is going through Windows syndrome and is releasing OS versions one after the other in quick succession.

The major chunk of end users are still on Android 2.2 Froyo and the OS maker is boasting Android 4.0. It will be interesting to note as to how it satisfies the needs of the end users who are still on Froyo or Gingerbread 2.3 operating system.
