Google Should Have Gone Social Sooner

The market researchers firmly believe that primary factor responsible for Google+ fiasco is its late entry in the social arena. Perhaps if it made an entry when Facebook was redefining its bit against Orkut a targeted Google+ platform would have helped a great deal. The current day’s Google+ interface looks boring and stupid enough that even the social experts would find it difficult in figuring out as to what is going on the platform after all? There are no clear demarcations as to what a user should do or shouldn’t instead they are required to form circles and share boring updates. As the times have unfolded Google+ platform has become full of spam.

Google committed too many mistakes in quick succession of time. They first released Buzz after Orkut faced backlash from growing popularity of Facebook and later removed it to launch Google+. As of date there is Orkut and Google+ for the social media streams from Google. Both stand to offer similar solutions to the users without any clear demarcation. To say the least the folks at Google are a confused lot who are unsure to make the next move in a confident manner. The arena in this space is tilted in favor of Facebook and it might take decades in changing the trend.
