Will iPad 3 Totally Replace PCs Going forward

The way iPad 3 is making waves around the globe it looks like that it just might replace the PCs in the long run. However, some of the analysts argue that the device is not positioned aptly by Apple as a PC killer and in fact it might be pre-mature to adjudge if it might be the ultimate successor of PCs or notebooks.

Some of the imperative and basic task needs of business users cannot be performed with ease on the iPad. For instance, regular content editing features can take ages for a layman user to master on iPad.

One of the other major drawbacks of using iPad 3 would be that it will not support Flash like its predecessors. And accessing embedded flash codes, authorisation streams and other flash built information can simply be not accessed over it. Not to mention that these tasks are like cake walk on any configured PC set up.

Apple has been defensive in releasing robust camera support and its policies of closed environment work operations still rule the overall mind set. In fact only a couple of years ago they uplifted the impositions on App store by allowing third party vendors to submit their apps for review. For iPad 3 to replace PCs it might take few years if Apple stays on a defensive mode.
