Google Refreshes Google+ for Android

Google has recently released an updated version of Google+ for Android. The updated version feature a new user interface and an entirely new look. It also has a support of Google’s latest mobile operating system Android 4.0 codenamed Ice Cream Sandwich.

The updated version 2.1 offers a cleaner, smoother and simpler version of Google+ for Android. It is refreshed with a view to conform it to the new Android 4.0. In a new version, notifications are shifted to the right top corner, the refreshed user interface is made much more streamline and the photos are much more improved and enlarged. In order to improve the user experience, the profile pictures have also been enlarged.

Google Product Manager Ben Eidelson stated in a Google+ post, ““We worked closely with the Android team as they developed Android 4.0 (aka Ice Cream Sandwich), so you’ll see the same attention to beauty and simplicity in our new design.”

Google has made some other remarkable updates in this version including: battery life improvements, navigation and performance improvements, an entirely new posting user interface, and capability to add people to a circle from circle profiles. The new version also has support for many Google Apps.

The latest Google+ for Android will give you an entirely new feel with its significant updates. The changes and improvements made in new version have made it more appealing.
